Thank you for this reminder. I pride myself as an anti-hoarder of things, then I realize I word my most valuable and beneficial possession, my words.

Thank you Jacque and Anne Lamott. I like how you wrote about not hoarding words. That is quite an image. Clean out, sort out, and send out! The world awaits!

I love this! Your words sum it all up beautifully! I just wrote "words hoarded in my body block channels of healing" on a big pink post-it to remind me. Thank you, Jacque. Very inspiring.

Jennifer, I am so it resonated with you. Words are so healing ~ especially when we write to allow them out of our bodies and onto the page. Thank you for reading. 💕

So very true. Writing is like breath for me. It sustains me, and brings me joy, and I hope by releasing my words - my breath - I share joy and sustenance with others. Thank you for putting this into words. You inspire me!

Yes! Our writing is our legacy. It may not always be perfect or polished, but it will outlive us—carrying our thoughts, our heart, and our voice into the future.

Long after we take our final breath, our words will still have the power to uplift, inspire, and remind others what’s possible. Dr. Seuss wrote, “Today you are You, that is truer than true. There is no one alive who is Youer than You.”

Your writing is you.

Leave your mark. Share your story. Create the legacy only you can write.

Karen,

Perfectly said. “Create the legacy only you can write.” There’s a good chance I would love to share that in a future Silent Writing session, with proper credit given of course. 🥰✍️🥰
