I am so happy you are doing this! It is everything for me health wise. The meditation has always been my favorite part…once I fell into one of the deepest sleeps ever. It is a healing wonderful journey.

I’ve been doing it for 11 years. The first few I did at a studio. Now I do 30 minutes here at home. This last month, for the first time in many years I have been slack. You inspired me!

Wow, so much hope in this post! The heat sensitivity is a BEAR. I can lose several hours if I'm caught off guard and get overheated. And I too, had no idea about pandiculation! Yawning for the win! Time to give chair yoga another try, I guess! I love love love your attitude.

It cracks me up that “the literature” says that the effects of overheating subside once we’ve cooled down. HA! The FATIGUE afterward can knock me out for a couple of days, depending on so many unknown variables. The chair yoga is already making it easier for me to stand up from a chair/bed/couch. I just stand up now - no hands! I don’t think I’ll ever get used to that! I haven’t been able to do that in a couple of decades. So, I think I’ll keep going to chair yoga. 🥰

Oh Jacque, this is the most beautiful writing! We heal our bodies with our hearts and our willingness to slow down and love ourselves. And then our minds kick in. PANDICULATION!!! The tiny, but mighty word wizard in me is all a-flutter. I can't wait to go Merriam-Webster it!

Jacque, I am very happy for you in this process of hip release. I understand the heating up dilemma. I perspires in a way that isn't even close to dainty. 🥵 🤣🧡

So wonderful to hear from you today, Rebby. I’ve been thinking about you and your dad.

Pandiculation caught my eye too! So happy you found joy in the word and the upcoming research of the word!

I get it - I don’t even try for dainty. 😂🤪My body does what she wants. 😂😂
